Other factors besides terrain make this a tough question also. If you're talking about killing a trophy I vote for Roosevelt Elk on Public Land. Short seasons, jungle underbrush, their limited home range, usually uncooperative weather, etc. Yeah you see people with raghorns and young bulls but how often do you see a real trophy?
