Lift the cap, open the flood gates. Let the deer herd get hammered then there wont be a demand to hunt here and the cost of leasing land will drop............

Better yet just keep it a quality hunt for everyone. I would rather hunt a great place every other year then a burned out one every year.

The cap should stay and the permits should go to a lottery system.
