Deerslayer,I had a chance to shoot the Outback a couple of weeks ago. I felt it had a very smooth draw,quite,little hand shock. All in all,a nice bow if you are into a 31 in. ATA.But for me,I have a 30in. draw,so I'm sticking with my LX..Bob
