I concur with fisherking, my research indicates that the Colorado DOW gets to use all the license revenue and none goes into the general revenue. I also think they do an excellent job of using the revenue they get. That has never been my beef.

As far as "putting the issue to bed" flattop, how can we when they can now vote an increase every year? As far as you putting over $1000 for out of state fees every year, I am glad you are able to afford that. Not all of us can.
