I'll take that bet. I think a few more hunters stayed away than they thought would this year. That and a low elk harvest this year makes me think they will not raise prices again this soon. After all, they can do it any year they choose.

As far as revenue, they are still down from before they limited deer tags, so they do want to take in more revenue, but if they raise tags again so soon, even more people may stay away, resulting in even less revenue taken in.
