Hedhuntr,
I'd suggest setting the bottom hen feather to fly between the rug rest and the side plate or calf hair plate. The cock feather will or should be pointing straight out to the left (if you're right handed).

Usually, your nock height is high enough to do some compensating for fletching clearance, from shooting off of a "rug" style rest. However, each bow can be different.
