regular peace officers have no training in this area.please read what i said several times.a regular officer can only detain you for investigation purposes.he can hold you til the game officer decides the charges.the regular officer does not even file the charges.he wiill be a witness in the case.what you copied charlie is what i said/any peace officer can arrest.all a reg officer can do in this case is hold you until a games officer files.
