I have a ruger and have had other rugers,and all have been great shooters after getting the triger down to where I can handle it.All I have owned came with a 6lb to 8lb triger,you can get a set of springs to swap in them but have found they don't work to well getting the lbs down.Just sold one in .260 cal and it shot really well but I wanted a 24in barrel so I sold it and got the 24 in. I have one in a 77/50 that I don't use very much anymore but will not sell it because it shoots so good.I think if ruger came out with a easy adj.trigger their sales would really go up,could be wrong though.
Never had a tikka,have only seen one,been thinking of getting the T_3 in 25/06 to see how they do .Haven't made up my mind yet.the one size fits all is the only thing that I didn't like after looking at one.
