From 13 to 33 the only high powered rifle I owned was a Winchester 270, it has served me well. My old man has many rifles to choose from, 2or3 30-06s, and Weatherbys in 7mm and 300 weatherby mag, autos and bolts but, when we go a hunting he always grabs his Remington 700 in....well 270 Win.
