I've heard 42-45ft/lbs Ke for deer and 55 for Elk. What you have is just fine, but if you want to know how much Ke you have there's really only one way. Weigh your arrow and shoot it through a chrono, then go to bowjackson.com and use the Ke calculator.
As stated previously I would stay away from mechanicals and go with fixed blades. I chose some small fixed blades with only 1 1/8 inch cutting diameter to help with penetration. It worked like a champ. I have a 28 inch draw and was shooting a 70lb Patriot Dually w/a 400gn arrow.
