Default RE: A red dot scope?

I have a tasco on a 22 pistol that works fine. I also have a bsa red dot on a 357 taurus for deer hunting. It was a grand total of 30.00 bucks at wal mart. I've shot over 500 rds through it and it still works. You would think it would hold up on a 22. Bushnell makes a nice one that has 4 types of reticles you dial in.for about 80 dollars.
