My only complaint about the marlin was that I had accuracy problems after about 30 rounds. I did a modified break in, w/ cleaning after 5 and 10 rounds. Next 25 good, last 5-10 the groups went to hell. I have heard this from others with rugars and CZ's and sounds like it may be an ammo problem, not the rifle.
