Interesting question. Which is more disruptive to wildlife in general, and whitetail in particular?
1. Feeder/foodplot/attractant of some type.

2. 10 people conducting a drive, pushing animals out of their bedding/feeding areas.

3.Using dogs to push deer.

All can be common tactics, all are legal in some places, and illegal in others. Don't be too dogmatic about other's hunting tactics. If the tactic is legal in the area it is being practiced, accept it!
