I plan on starting to "prep" a few areas that I normally hunt this weekend. When I say "prep" I mean "selective trimming". If done early enough then this allows you to create new trails that deer take advantage of come this spring and summer...basically allowing you to "create" a hunting scenario to more accurately fit stand placement, etc.. Ofcourse, this can only be done on private land as trees cannot be trimmed on public land here in PA.

I also have a new area that I plan on frequenting next season. Like you, I plan on putting the Stealth cam up in the weeks to come just to see what is in the area and when they are frequenting certain sections.
