It doesn't really seem like there is a heck of a lot of difference between the PAT and the Matthews Legacy. Maybe the actual weight of the bow, but speed looks pretty much identical.
Hmmm..I wouldn't say that at least based on the four Legacy's I owned (long story..don't ask
). My 71 pound Legacy at 29 & 1/8" AMO (28.5" cam) would shoot a 361 grain arrow @ 287 FPS, and that is without string leeches on the string. Apples to apples, the IBO speed diff is roughly 10-12 FPS in favor of the Patriot. The Legacy does have a 1/4" more brace height.
