Default RE: carbon arrow choices

ORIGINAL: Carphunter

I'm looking for info too....

When I pick up my new '03 Pat. Dually, I'm thinking of getting carbons. The shop will give me a deal on the stuff they sell (Gold Tips, XTs, and the Easton Excel, Axis, Lightspeed, etc.)

Bow will be set at 60# max, arrow length will probably be around 31 or 32" (on a 30" draw). Rest will probably either be an HHA TN1000 (their new drop-away) or a Whisker Biscuit). I'll be using Rocky Ironhead 125's (got a stockpile of them..not gonna switch for a while).

*Edited - figured out how to use and read the shaft selector (helped when I saw an older style chart*

What do you guys think of using the LightSpeeds or Excels for hunting?
Carp, shoot me an email or a PM, and I can help you in more detail
