Either module will hit 28.25", but if you really pull hard into the stops you should easily get 28.25 out of a 28. Best thing is, modules are always available for cheap money, and seeing as the bow comes with one of your choice installed anyway, it might be just as simple to get both when you get the bow if you are unsure.
