Years back their was also a head that when it hit, would send a shotgun blast of pellets into the animal.
California doesn't allow for them either, which is just as well. They also don't allow for the use of chemicals or poisons to be injected into the animal. I suppose that the air injector would qualify under that rule.
I thought that if the hunter filled that air injector up with a marinade or BBQ sauce, that he could eliminate a step or two in the field to table process. <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
