Most of the ones I see in pro shops are made of PVC pipe. It's not the expensive to make. But I made mine out of scrap 2x4's. I hang my target bag on it. For paper tuning I use a piece of cardboard with a square hole cut out of the middle. Then I staple a piece of 8.5x11" paper to it.
