I havn't heard of that bow before, but, it doesn't sound too bad.
First, check to see if the bow fits you correctly. Check to see if the draw length is right and just see if the bow feels good to you.
After that, check the limbs for cracks, check the string to see how much wear is on it, and check the paint scheme. The paint will tell you how the bow was cared for. If it is cracked and scratched everywhere, then, the bow was PROBABLLY beat a bit, but, if it is flawless, it is PROBABLLY well taken care of.
The best thing to do would be to take it to a pro-shop, have them take the bow apart and check everything. They will be able to help you out the most.
