My Father found a Left Handed Myles Keller signature Impulse Xi. He said he thoguht it may be a browning but not sure. I am going to go and look at it on Saturday so if there are any questions I should ask or defects I should look for please let me know. Also, If you have ever heard of this bow and have any feed back on it please let me know. The owner said he would be willing to get rid of it for $80. Deal? Steal? Lemon?
Thanks,

I havn't heard of that bow before, but, it doesn't sound too bad.
First, check to see if the bow fits you correctly. Check to see if the draw length is right and just see if the bow feels good to you.
After that, check the limbs for cracks, check the string to see how much wear is on it, and check the paint scheme. The paint will tell you how the bow was cared for. If it is cracked and scratched everywhere, then, the bow was PROBABLLY beat a bit, but, if it is flawless, it is PROBABLLY well taken care of.
The best thing to do would be to take it to a pro-shop, have them take the bow apart and check everything. They will be able to help you out the most.
