I have a 2.5 power bushnell on my 835 and have never regretted having it on there. it has duplex crosshairs, I looked at the prodiamonds and such but I just like a cleaner sight picture.
when the bird breaks 40 yards my head is on the gun and both eyes open following the bird and watching what is going on. one thing is for sure you can truly center your pattern with a gun inlike the bead sites.
