Default RE: Changing regulations

Thats all changed. Most treaties allow indiscriminate taking of fish and wildlife at any time of the year. Seasons, quotas, licences are all ways to manage and monitor populations today. When you allow the unlimited harvest of a species
I do agree with you sawbill( unlike some who said they agreed but really didnt)

Things have changed very much since those treaties where written & they should be updated or changed to reflect the current times.
Why should some ppl have no rules& regs, seasons& limits , when they are for the benafit of all & the game& fish we have to share. jack( since he is living in the past/make believe land somewhere) may not agree, but i have seen natives taking what they want & selling or trading it for other things they wanted more( drug& drink)...it was not food to sustain them at all & those fish& deer where payed for by licence fees etc , that some persons dont even need a licence for & dont pay into... just another form of welfare subsidies for some., in a used& abused system.
