The center optics of the other companies do work as a rangefinder. personally I find them confusing. Now maybe if you can add a senser in the scope that would display a number of yards the object is. Now I could handle that. As far as turkeys are the shooting range is only out to 40 yards. One should be able to guess that sort of range. Now if you need a tester , i'd be happy to help out...BT
