That was not a cheap bow when it was new . And even now used with all the goodies to go with it ! Sorry to hear about your friend's health issues . Sounds like he is headed to buy a Crossbow !

I know having a bow adds another season for deer hunting that is great . I have a bow but haven't gone hunting with it for some time now . But what I cant understand why people HAVE TO have the latest and greatest bow bow so often . Some get a new bow every year or two because the new one shoots 3 feet per second faster so they can be cool and say they have one ! Then their old bow is considered junk and they sell it at a year old for 30 percent of what they paid for it if they are lucky ..
I'll buy guns over bows any day of the week ! Most times that gun 5 years later is worth more than when you bought it new .
