Any suggestions to these questions and other helpful tips?
For bowhunting whitetail from a treestand, here are some tips:
- Attracting Deer: Use scent lures and set up near deer trails or food sources.
- Stand Height: Place your stand 15-20 feet up to stay hidden but still get a good shot.
- Wind and Scent: Always hunt with the wind in your face and use scent-blocking sprays.
- Tracking After a Shot: Wait at least 30 minutes before tracking. If it's a lung shot, wait 1-2 hours.
Be patient and prepared for the best results!
