RE: 280fps Best I can Do?

I'm new here, I hope yah don't mind me posting. I wrote a program that calculates these things. How certain is the 29" ? My program says your bow should do 284.9 f/s @ 29". Lets say for a second you draw is 28.875" the speed drops to 282.9 and if your draw is 28.75" 281 f/s. As yuou can see a measly 1/4the inch can make a pretty significant difference in a bow!
I have an UltraTec set to 28.75" and I'm gettin 278 f/s. pretty similar.
