I need to ask. Was that popup staked down on all 4 corners?
I use quite a variety of different popups. If not staked to the ground properly - Yes they will blow away. But My Double Bulls do set up very quickly and all are always staked. If you need more than the 4 hub guidelines then stake the bottom fabric in the provided grommet holes too.
