Never ventured down that Rabbit Hole with tying flies... It looks incredible from what I've seen, but with my eyesight and needing +2.50 reading glasses all the time, I doubt I could tie a fly from a kit at all, from those various sites on the internet.
I have a ball creating my own inline spinners, weedless grubs, daredevle spoons, etc... and that in itself helps keep me sane (well....
