Thanks, guys. I found the problem. It turns out part of the bolt was slightly dented outward, causing it to rub against the receiver. I actually had to take the gun apart and take the bolt out. It was very slightly dented, but it was enough of a dent to make it rub.
I don’t know how the dent happened, but I was able to fix it. Gun is pumping just fine now.
