Your bolt, the part with the rub marks is rubbing the inside of the receiver. Take the gun apart and look in with a flashlight to see if there may be a high spot or residue from firing the gun on the inside of the receiver. Clean the gun well inside the receiver and Lube the inside of the receiver and put a little lube on the bolt well and put it back together and see how it operates .
