Custom Knife on Spalted Pecan
This is my model # 121 8 1/2 OAL with 3 1/4 cutting edge 3/16th thick. High Carbon Steel with satin finish and hollow ground. Tempered to 60 hrc for edge retention. On this one I used stabilized spalted pecan with black liners and custom file work on spine. The sheath is 9 oz veg tan leather double stitched and custom sprayed.
The edge geometry to work, the edge is not going to chip or roll with chopping through the pelvic bone.
