while I really love the rifle ,its darn impressive and should be lots of fun,
and I'm certain many of us will be in a hurry to know where to buy the required components and hear about the cost and build process,to build a clone,

yes Id love to own something similar,as a varmit rifle youve built nearly the ideal combo.
personally Id feel there are better options for hunting deer
I've seen enough hogs and deer killed very effectively with proper 223 loads,
to know that significantly more powerful and flatter trajectory 22-250 is not going to be a huge leap in lethality,
any 22 caliber has projectile weight limits it will deal with,
and while its certainly a big leap in range and power ,if your shooting coyotes and bobcats
and 62 grain-75 grain 22 caliber projectile is very lethal,
if your going to basically build a 308 win size AR10, for hunting larger game,
I would have probably gone with a 257 roberts, 358 win, , 6mm rem,, 7mm08 ,308 win or 6.5mm in several variations,
if the goal was primarily a deer rifle that you could use on varmits
