RE: Storing my Recurve??? Help
I used to be compulsive about unstringing my bows after I was done shooting. Still am, to some extent. I still feel it's better for the bow to have the limbs relaxed when it's not in use. But with the glues they're using on bows now, it's not as important as it used to be. Knock on wood, but I've never twisted a recurve's limbs while stringing or unstringing one. You just can't be careless while doing it.
