At the range take a shot at 25 yards to see where you are on paper, adjust to bulls-eye and then move out to 50 and 100. Not much different procedure from that a cartridge rifle. As far as the pellets, I would go with two rather than three and see what your consistency is. Most here will recommend you go with loose powder for better accuracy (you can fine-tune your load to 5 grain increments) and less cost (pellets are expensive!).
