Normally when I trim my brass I trim to .010" below SAAMI standards (2.005"). Your shortest brass at 1.995" is .020" below spec I would still consider safe provided your bullet is seated at least one bullet diameter into the case. Each firing will stretch the neck out a bit. If you're a stickler for squeezing the ultimate accuracy from your rifle I would put the shorter one aside and use them for fouling the bore or hunting. They would be perfectly fine for both.
