I've heard of drilling out to make a hollow point but you've got a new twist ther, man!
I've got the same mold and it drops about the same weight. So far I haven't had any recovered bullets to study mushrooming. All complete pass throughs.

I only drilled it an put the screw in so I could pull it back out of the bore and see how it engaged the rifling. I didn't shoot it with the screw in.....That would be insane.
