I don't think hunter harassment can be a issue here period, as if they BOTH own the land, both have the right to do what ever they want with it, unless its stated in some sort of legal contract
the game dept will NOT get involved here at all and tell you its a civil matter t be worked out
hunter harassment would be if an outside party (NON LAND OWNER) was causing the hunter harassment, and interfering with there hunt in some way
but if your uncle gave them permission to do what ever they are doing, you have ZERO harrassment here, even from your uncle, , that is again, if you's DON"T have land use spelled out in a legal document here
if its a open book on useage of the lands, he can place crap where ever and how ever he wishes as you can

again, you NEED l to talk to a lawyer, and have them do a land deed search and find out who all is on deed and what deed states, and if there is NOT terms on land use I strongly suggest you's set some up
and again, if your uncle is getting paid or NOT< and you's are TRUE 50/50 partners with this land, ALL costs and profits LEGALLY have to be split, as do decisions being made on any OTHER persons use of this land
or you BOTH can be harassing each other in different ways
you need to legal help here, and I would suggest talking to a lawyer before confronting your uncle here PERIOD< as why give him a chance to get a lawyer first and make you jump thru more hoops, as it surely seems to me your uncle has a issue with you on what he thinks is HIS LAND and not both your's land!

plus a lawyer will keep a cooler head and not put a foot in there mouth with a confrontation with your uncle as you might when emotions get the better of you!
