As a moderator this is one of the more frustrating issues that we deal with .And it's been an issue for a while .

I see spam and I erase it. Members report spam, etc. But admin essentially tells us that it's not a big deal, or that it's normal.

I'm not smart enough to know what's normal or not. So I have to take admins word on that.

For the members: erasing spam is time consuming. I really do wish I could do more. But sometimes there really isn't enough time to go through all the threads and new members to try to catch them all.

You can easily spend over an hour a day doing this and still not keep up... I honestly don't have an hour a day to do that . But I try to do what I can.

C.I. can vouch for the time it takes if he returns to this thread .
