How much spam are we talking about? Since you are here a lot more than any admin, I thought I would get an idea of the volume. Are we talking a few spam posts a day? Or a lot more than that?

No site is spam free. We are an open community that anyone can sign up for. Spam comes with the territory. We have a lot of technology that eliminates 99% of the spam before you ever even see it! So, if there is a LOT coming through, maybe something is broken. But I can tell you, looking around, there is not a lot being reported. Which leads me to believe that it's working as designed. But you tell me -- what's the daily volume?
