Lehigh Defense is playing around with a Quiet shooting sabotless ML. The prototypes will have a can on the end and 44 caliber. The ML will also use pistol powders as well. It will also use a pistol primer and case for ignition. It will be a fast twist and be able to shoot very heavy long lead bullets. Or people like me will size down regular bullets to fit. Im pretty sure Lehigh already has some bullets that can be used in it as well. Im pretty sure if the guns are ever sold they will be 45cal not 44cal. But a lot of testing needs done after the prototypes are built. Powder/pressure/loads to name a few.
For several months now we have been testing tipped bullets. I call them the little pricks. Its really nice shooting a tipped bullet getting hollow point performance. Ive shot several Deer with them already. The tipped bullets mimic the hollow point performance in the Lehigh and Bloodline bullets. And the BC'S are quite a bit better then you would think with part of the hollow point showing. I have a few photos of the tipped bullets ill share. I dont have a photo of the newest version but these prototypes are close. I do know the newest version is headed to Africa on a big game hunt in the near future. They were given out at the shot show.
