well I bear hunt with a group mostly hunt on branch mountain between baker/mathias area and moorefceld, mine was shot at baker in the low ridges 1/4 mile south of the baker exit of corridor H, our bear hunting group took 4 this year, we try not to shoot females or small bears, ours weighed 200, 205, 215, 220. will find out in 11 months how old the bear was, a rogue rich kid who farms my bosses land killed a 500#'er from his combine last year on opening day, he just happened to be combining corn on the opening day of bear season, and just happened to have a gun in the combine.
