In my experience, deer habits and movement gets very predictable during late season. If they come by you at 3:00, they'll be by you at the same time the next day and the day after that. But they'll also travel farther distances to get food. If you have a good trail coming into a field, they may be coming from 3 miles away, and not getting to that position until well after dark...day after day.
