I'm done with Knight Rifles, esp. after they will not return my calls. Knight loves selling guns, but helping customers... NOPE!

The Barnes 290 bullets won't work for you. Be glad you only had to shoot it twice. There's only one good Barnes bullet for the average ML hunter. The MZ Expander will do the job and do it effectively.

As far as primers, just use a CCI or a Federal 209A.
