It probably would have been best not to have even made your post because all the actions you took from the time you first saw the machine were incorrect actions taken on your part whether you bought it or it was a gift. Rather than coming on the internet telling everyone of your problems that cant help you, IMHO you should have taken the thing back and DEMANDED immediate satisfaction from the dealer and worked your way all the way to the top of the totem pole at Bad Boy Buggies if you had to. You should still do that because that machine sounds like it was a POS from the getgo and nobody should have taken the BS that you have been since day one!
We have asked and told the dealer since week 2 to give us a refund,he puts it back on the company. We have told the company we want a refund and they put it on the dealer's back. We contacted the Better Business Bureau and they contacted the company and we have now agreed to take it to them this next week in Augusta. They still have not said that they are going to help us at all, but they would first need to look over it.
