Afterwards I told the one who got me the gift that we should get the dealer to give us a refund and get it out of our hands, she asked that we just be appreciative and maybe it wouldn't give us anymore hiccups. So I respectfully agreed. And we have asked for a refund since day 5, and the dealer has refused to do so.
