All I can say to your experience is you seriously need to learn how to deal with mechanics and dealers.

First off, when the dealer or delivery guy, whoever, dropped it off, your very FIRST thing you should do is check the vehicle over while they are there. If you discover a problem, which from your story you did, you do NOT accept delivery.

Next was your experience with the dealership mechanic. When you go to pick up a vehicle from ANY mechanic, you check and test the vehicle right there. NOT when you get it home! This is simple common sense. Granted you got yourself a lemon, but most of your difficulties are the result of your own actions. On your next venture, learn from your mistakes and check over and test any vehicle you are buying while in the presence of whomever you are purchasing it from. Same goes for a mechanic. I work on all my own cars, trucks, ATV.s and motorcycles so the only person I can blame is myself but when it comes to buying, I thoroughly go over every detail of the vehicle before I lay down any money.
