Next time, same the legs and thighs.
1. Brown well in frying pan.
2. Cook'em down for an 60-90mins in a pressure cooker w/ .5cup of beer.
3. Shred with a fork and then...season to taste
4. make a hot chip dip, tacos, fried rice, gumbo etc.
