I was given a recipe last night for wild turkey and it sounds good to me anyway..

Take a turkey breast and cut it into strips like chicken fingers.
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of condensed milk ( the thick kind )
season with some garlic powder to your liking
Mix it all up to place strips of turkey breast in it and soak it over night.

Put 2 cups flour in a bag along with 1/4 to 1/2 cup black pepper. !/4 would most likely be enough for this.. Take the turkey strips and wipe some of the stuff off from it so that you can put it in the bag of flour mixture.. Shake the bag all up and take the turkey out and deep fry it..
