I just made some the other day myself. I took mine after I let it clean out in salt for 2 days. I take it and slice into 1/2" thin slices, and then chunked it. I took all pieces and placed into a zip-lok bag with some lemon juice, soy sauce, and 2 LARGE spoons of orange marmalade jelly, melted. Leave in bag for 24hrs in the frig. Shake/squeeze bag every once in awhile.
Next day take a large bag of frozen vegetables and throw into a large skillet or wok and begin to heat. I also place a pot of brown rice to cooking on the side. After the vegetables begin to heat up, pour the contents of the bag into the skillet also. Stir/flip to mix thoroughly. When most of the juice has steamed away, pull off the stove and serve over the rice. Bon Appetit!!!!
